Begin by clicking on the floor plan and the list of exhibitors to choose the best location for your company. Select your top three booth options. Once your booth location has been confirmed by the Chamber, you’ll be added to our growing list of exhibitors.

You’ll then receive periodic emails from the Chamber reminding you to visit this site to order your nametags for your staff, download your exhibitor service manual and other necessary information.

Payment in full must be received with 30 days of registration or your both location may be released.

Data Lines and Electricity
Booth prices include data lines and electricity if order is received by October 17th. If order is not received by the designated date, there will be a charge of $50 which must be prepaid.

Electricity and data lines will not be available for installation the day of the Expo.

Advertising
All exhibitors receive a complimentary 1/8 page (4.5”x2.75”) ad in the Burlington County Times BCCOC Expo Supplement

Payment Policy: Payment in full must be received within 30 days of registration. Failure to pay in full by that date may cause you to forfeit your booth space. For those registering after September 24th, payment must be received in full prior to the expo or you may forfeit your space. See cancellation policy below for refund policy.

Cancellation Policy: Booths must be canceled prior to August 24th to receive a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. After August 24th, no refunds will be issued. No-shows will not receive a refund and will be billed for balances due.

BCT Advertising Information
This special Tab Insert will appear in the Burlington County Times on Sunday, October 19, 2008. Additional copies will be available onsite to Expo Attendees to serve as their guide to the tradeshow.

All ads are black & white. Please call the Chamber at 856-439-2520 to inquiry about color rates and availability.

Unlimited - Sponsorship Expo Networking Reception; chamber will provide signage for sponsors & listing in the BCT as a reception sponsor.
Limit One Per Workshop-Hang your company banner in the workshop room, hand out your promotional materials to each workshop attendee, have your logo listed with the workshop information in both the BCT Supplement and the 2nd Expo mailing.
Unlimited - Chamber will provide signage for sponsors; Listing in BCT supplement as a Breakfast reception sponsor.
